Let's suppose your Exchange server is used by 2 different organizations: Firm1 and Firm2.
One group of users have set their primary SMTP address to use domain1.com domain part: j.doe@domain1.com. Sometimes they have to send as non-default address, i.e. j.doe@domain2.com.
Other ones have set their primary SMTP address to use firmb.com domain part: d.smith@domain2.com. They also want to be able to send as @domain1.com from time to time.
ChooseFrom solves the problem of sending as different addresses.
