CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro

Let's suppose your company uses the 2 email domains @domain1.com and @domain2.com. All our users have a primary email address of @domain1.com, so we can define @domain1.com as a default email domain and @domain2.com as a non-default email domain.

A user generally sends emails as j.doe@domain1.com but sometimes (s)he sends as j.doe@domain2.com.

ChooseFrom solves the problem of sending as different addresses.

The following 2 CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro rules set different footers for different sender domains.
