Purpose
Microsoft provides a feature for Outlook to tag external messages.
External tagging is an organization-wide setting that cannot be applied to a subset of users. DisableTagging sets the MAPI property IsExternalSender to false, preventing the External tag from appearing on incoming messages for the specified mailbox.
Current version: 1.0.4
Installation
- The flow uses the "Office 365 Outlook" connection. When importing the flow, use your existing connection or create a new one.

- Download the "DisableTaggingFlow104.zip" file.
- Open Power Automate and import "DisableTaggingFlow104.zip" as a new flow, following the Power Automate documentation.

- Select the "Inbox" folder in the Folder field of the trigger.

- Save the flow.
- Turn on the flow.

Testing
These steps assume you have already enabled tagging via the Set-ExternalInOutlook cmdlet.
- Send a test message from any external address to your internal address.
- Open Outlook and verify that the message is not marked as external.
