Purpose
When using the "Forward an email" action in a flow, the email's original received time is shown in UTC instead of the local time zone, which can cause confusion for users.
The ForwardUsingLocalTimezone flow solves this problem.

Installation
- Run Power Automate (https://make.powerautomate.com) and create the "Office 365 Outlook" and the "Office 365 Groups" connections (in case you do not have them yet):

- Create a new automated cloud flow named
ForwardUsingLocalTimezone. Select "When a new email arrives (V3)" trigger of the "Office 365 Outlook" connector. - Select the "Inbox" folder in the Folder field of the trigger.
- Create a Compose action and name it Parameters. Populate the Inputs field as shown below.

-
- Download scope_forwardusinglocaltimezone.txt and open it in the Notepad. Click Edit > Select All, then Edit > Copy.
- In Power Automate click the plus sign under the "Parameters" action. In the "Choose an operation" select "My Clipboard". Click Ctrl+V.
- Click on the "Scope ForwardUsingLocalTimezone" control.

- Save the flow.
- Turn on the flow.
