Purpose
Problem: Users who have full access to the shared mailbox cannot see emails marked as "Private". The emails are silently hidden by Outlook without any notice. If you open the same mailbox in OWA, you will see all private emails.

The SetSensitivity flow changes the sensitivity flag to "Normal" for any message delivered to a shared mailbox. After that the message is displayed normally in Outlook.
Current version: 1.0.0.3
Installation
- Select a shared mailbox you have full access to.
- Download the SetSensitivity3.zip file, then open Power Automate and import it into your flows list as described in the Power Automate documentation.
- In the "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)" trigger, set the "Original Mailbox Address" field to the email address of the shared mailbox you selected in step 1.

- Turn on the flow.

Testing
- Disable the SetSensitivity3 flow.
- Log in to your personal mailbox, create a new message addressed to the shared mailbox you selected during installation and send it.
- Open OWA and make sure you can see the message in the Inbox folder of the shared mailbox.
- Open Outlook and wait a couple of minutes. You will not see the message you just sent in the Inbox folder of the shared mailbox.
- Enable the SetSensitivity3 flow.
- Open Outlook and wait a couple of minutes. The message you recently sent should now be visible in the Inbox folder of the shared mailbox.
