Suppose that Outlook user has access to their personal mailbox and to the additional (shared) mailboxes (usually "Info" <info@company.com>, "Sales" <sales@company.com> etc.) on Exchange server. When they replies to or forwards from these mailboxes the message goes into their primary mailbox Sent items folder.
This utility ensures that the message sent with the second mailbox's From address stays in the mailbox that it originated from (i.e. the sent message goes to Sent Items folder of the mailbox the item was sent from).
Also you can easily see who was the original author of the message.

Current version: 1.0.11

How it works

UniSent utility scans the sender address of each sent message in the main mailbox Sent items folder and in case it matches the additional mailbox name moves the message to the appropriate Sent items folder.

Installation

UniSent installation picture

UniSent software is distributed as a set of .msi packages and thus can be deployed to computers or users in the organization using Windows Group Policy Software Installation.

Testing

Let's suppose that the primary mailbox name is "Victor Ivanidze" and the additional mailbox name is "TestShMbx1".

We have tested UniSent with Outlook 2013/2016/2019/2021 (365).

Limitations

To allow UniSent to work properly, "Cached exchange mode" should be enabled.

Uninstallation

You can uninstall UniSent using Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features.
