Purpose

The FromJunkToInbox flow moves any email delivered to the Junk Email folder to the Inbox folder, bypassing junk email filtering.

Installation

  1. Log in to Microsoft 365 and navigate to Power Automate.

  2. Create a new automated cloud flow and name it FromJunkToInbox365.

  3. Select the Office 365 Outlook trigger "When a new email arrives (V3)" and the action "Move email (V2)" and configure them as shown below. Verify the connections of both the trigger and the action.

  4. Save the flow.
  5. Turn on the flow.

Testing

Send an email from an external address whose messages are typically filtered to your Junk Email folder. Verify that it is moved from the Junk Email folder to the Inbox.
